Sitting in the sun with a chai after the session, waiting for the train.

Walking through Manchester. Such a beautiful city.

A delicious dinner in the pretty hotel restaurant. I still can’t quite get over how beautiful this place is. And everything is free for me!

The beautiful hotel we’re staying in for two nights. So beautiful. And Esther has a TWO FLOOR room. Ridiculous.

Going to Liverpool for the first time (I think?)

A drink in the beautiful hotel bar with the inside trees and the lights. čśŹ

A walk in the woods. With the sun shining and on the look out for deer.

Waitrose bread and Pr├ęsident butter for an in car picnic lunch before the train back to London.

Hot cross buns.

A beautiful long walk around the Cotswolds. The colours of autumn are everywhere.

Eating an apple, left in a basket outside a cottage.

A cream tea after the walk.

Our beautiful cottage for the weekend. A weekend away from my house, in the countryside and with nothing much to do except read, relax and eat.

A little walk along the water as the sun set, followed by a little explore in the an old small church.

A delicious pie and mash, in my tracky bottoms and big socks, on the sofa. Let the relaxing weekend begin.

Feeling stronger and better already. It’s working.

A quick wine and carbs with Jen. That was fun.

Sharing mental health issues with Leila. It was a nice break and it felt good to talk about.

A card from my parents. The artwork is so similar to mine from uni.

My lovely doctor. I really liked him.

I went to the gym. Operation positive is on.

Doing better than I thought I would today. An interview down, a lovely description of me to Nick and she wasn’t as bad as yesterday. Maybe I can stick this out.

Shep’s for Jo’s birthday dinner. Delicious korean food!

Telling him about BOW. I didn’t expect him to cry.

The half a slice of cake with a cup of tea after lunch. That was nice.
Staying home. Rather than making myself go in. That was the right decision.

Booking a weekend away. This weekend. I need a break.

Matt cooking me eggs for a hungover breakfast.

Matt cooking us a roast for a still slightly hungover Sunday dinner.

Gusty having his baby!
