A new park. With animals in.

The lovely pagoda area.

Elliott still remembers me and loves me!

Seeing zebras at Fred’s nursery.

Cuddles with him on the sofa.

Walking into the village and seeing a kingfisher, a heron and a water vole.

The ducks on the veranda at work.

A trip to the plant nursery with Caroline.

The cheese and potato pie at Jen and Fiona’s.

An outdoor shower.

Spotting deer and herons.

Quiet talking around the campfire

Chatting to the guy in the hardware shop about magnets and velcro for ages.

Seeing a fox outside Tash’s house. Middle of the day, fairly busy road. Not bothered at all.

Did some sewing – finished Ciaran’s felt breakfast, made some more bags and masks and started Han’s bag.

Spending the day in Epping Forest with Sean, walking through leaves and looking at beautiful trees. And stroking a beautiful tiny fluffy dog.

There was a moment when 6 or 7 deer trotted past us and it was absolutely magical. Large wild animals are just so incredible.

Take away pizza.

P.s Biden won!!!

Watching TikTok videos of silly animals on YouTube.

Getting a photo of the pigeon mid-bite.

Decorating the gingerbread pumpkins.

Sleeping with Sean.

Funny animal photos.

Blue skies and sitting in the park again.

Feeling like I got stuff done today. Work and life wise.

The golden sun in the morning, lighting up the plants.

Going for a walk when I didn’t really want to, and leaving my phone at home.

The funny wildlife photos on the Guardian.

Birds singing as I meditated.

Squirrels hopping along fences as I walked to work.

Getting to talk to Jo about what happened with James and being able to fully shout and be annoyed and know the heavy traffic drowned me out and know that I’m right and I’m fine. Sometimes these things are better to do in person.

Also going to a lecture and hearing about menstrual huts.

A morning message from James asking how I am. That was really appreciated.

A short self love yoga with lots of massaging of shoulders and feet. Plus some freestyle yoga afterwards.

Animals.

My embroidered animals for Freddie’s present. I’m so pleased with them. Such a bloody great aunt.

Coming home to do yoga and sewing and baking.

Helping a school to get rid of their old furniture.

The tiny kittens

Doi, the beautiful dog at our guest house in Sighnaghi

The view

The lovely man who we booked our day trip with, and his mum. Both of whom fed us wine, bread and cheese. Not long after we’d just eaten a massive khachapuri. #sofull

Opening my blind to find a fox in the garden.

My flowers are growing.

Deciding to go swimming. And deciding to be happy at the same time.

Buying a beautiful swishy skirt.

One on one with Matt. And watching Planet Earth together. Cute polar bear cubs and baboons that don’t like the water.

(Today started off as quite a bad day. So I’m enjoying that the second half had lots more smiles in it. So there are more than 3)

Kamikochi

Japanese badger

Monkeys. Lots of monkeys. And two of had sex right in front of us.

A walk through the forest and alongside the river.

Laughing at Han tripping up

Managing to swap buses effortlessly. Everything is so damn easy here!

Getting excited about the book with Liv.

Telling her the fox story and seeing her laugh.

Going for a little walk at lunchtime and spotting the squirrel on the tree, looking at me. (Not this squirrel but this is also very joyful).

Watching two foxes play fight and hang out near my house. They seemed so unbothered. And much bigger than normal city foxes.

Being more me and funny in the meeting with all the boring men.

New book idea stuff. Talking to Liv and getting the blessing from Naomi.

We won the free breakfast for the waking challenge!

Getting excited about Car Free Day. I feel good about these plans.

Playing guess the animal with Stuart. And then the Austrian national anthem.

A day at the zoo! Giraffes and play fighting bears and elephants and a safari with a scary camel and hungry chimps.

Driving around with the top down in the mini convertible. So twatty but also fun.

Resealable cans of water. Genius.

The bubbles from the washing up bottle.

Doing some gardening in the warm morning.

Grants Museum of Zoology. Lots of jars of dead things and bones. Not my usual bag but it was fun. Especially this little blown up fish fella.

(Not drinking at either of the two parties which made things a little better. Or at least not as terrible as I thought they would be)

The anti hen party chat from Jana and Hol. Glad to see we’re all on the same page!

Matt inviting me down to watch Africa.

And then actually watching Africa. I like watching Attenborough shows with Matt. We do good commentary.

A walk that took in the coast, a cliff and some of the South Downs Way. Ending in a cafe with a cream tea.

Lounging in the sun with Sophie.

Spotting wild rabbits, a fox and heaps of pigs.

Funny animal photos.

Booked another pottery course. This time with Wiseman. Quickest £200 decision I’ve ever made.

A ridiculously drunk first date that we accidentally shared with an old American couple. I barely spoke to the date but what a fun evening!

Vegan lunch plus iced coffee

Discovering new bits of Greenwich Park with Jonny. And perving at the topless men. The weather was just perfect today.

Accidentally finding Mudchute farm whilst exploring more green London. Goats, donkeys and lambs.

A frosty walk around the Devil’s Punchbowl with my family, jumping over fallen trees and scrambling up steep paths.

Den asking me questions. Listening to what I had to say.

Planet Earth II. AGAIN. Birds riding birds. Field mice. Jumping birds.

Sunday baking.

Organising my birthday. Maybe I do like birthdays afterall.

The cricket and the glass frog on Planet Earth II

Planet Earth II. The lizards on iguanas made me chuckle.

A quick trip to Bristol.

Mark and Kate’s ridiculously beautiful bathroom

Fuck off Wheetabix. Today is a crumpets kinda morning.

The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards.

Boxercise. And making exercise friends.

Finding a feather in my egg box.

A beautiful walk in sunny West Sussex.

The influx on ducks at lunch.

Just some casual deer on my walk to work.
Remembering the ridiculousness of last night with him and how utterly self involved he is. I probably shouldn’t have laughed in his face but….so ridiculous!
Another puzzle! This time with a time lapse camera.
