Walking through Highgate Woods.

Peeing in Highgate Woods.

All the little birds, tiny robins and brave squirrels we saw.

The birds singing as I started meditating on being calm.

The light shining through the tree outside, as the wind rustled the leaves.

Jen’s vibrating butt plug story.

Seeing the bluebells that made me smile yesterday and remembering to actually make my face into a smile.

Sewing all day. And it being so neat. I love my new sewing machine. I love the overlocking foot.

The walk in the evening. The smell of the woods, the birds, so many birds, the yellow sky and the bright green leaves.

Being with Roger, not Graham.

The smell of BBQ smoke drifting in through the window, with the birds singing and the sun shining.

The light hitting my pillows and flickering against the walls.

A bird tweeting as I meditated and the squirrel that ran and jumped up the fence on my way to work.

The clouds, again, but with a better photo today.

Creating my ‘This is your…’ series. It feels exciting to be doing something a bit different.

Birds singing as I meditated.

Squirrels hopping along fences as I walked to work.

Getting to talk to Jo about what happened with James and being able to fully shout and be annoyed and know the heavy traffic drowned me out and know that I’m right and I’m fine. Sometimes these things are better to do in person.

Also going to a lecture and hearing about menstrual huts.

Opening the blinds and seeing a beautiful blue sky.

Taking a detour through the park and hearing the birds sing.

A really helpful therapy session. Freezing isn’t a bad thing.

The squirrel hugging the flower

The view from the 27th floor

The birds singing during meditation again

Birds singing during my morning meditation.

Walking through the park in the sun, my feet bouncing on the compacted mud, looking at the autumn leaves.

A hot chocolate with Adam. Which accidentally made me too chatty.

Sending snorting pig videos to James.

Hearing birds tweeting all through my morning meditation. I haven’t heard them in a while.

The clouds.

Period Party at Colours. Much more intimate and it went really well. Having Rosie’s smiling face in the corner was so lovely too.

The new river walk with the tiny fluffy birds.

Chatting with a happy Jonny, as I did his ironing.

Lots of vulva business admin. New email, updated shop, new designs. The works.

The birds singing as I meditated on self love. They started right on cue, singing the love into me.

A text from Simon. I’d actually almost forgotten about him.

A successful community engagement project at St Luke’s. Friendly people, a beautiful centre and lots of people happy to see what we’re doing.

All the birds outside on the tree as I had an early Saturday breakfast

Making Fred laugh and smile and feeling his solid little tummy

Bluebells and a walk in the woods

Cosy, blanket-y meditation yoga with Adriane

Dusk, with its pinky clouds and lovely light and birds singing

A recipe dinner. Broccoli cakes. I forget how good recipes are.

My rock solid tree pose in yoga. No wobbles today.

100 vulvas on the BBC.

Sex positivity and vulvas in Time Out

Plus hanging out with Jonny in the evening and hearing the birds sing during my meditation in the morning.

A walk up to muddy bottom with some sheep.

Bird watching with dad, by the peaceful sea

Bananagrams. And I won!

Meditating to the sound of the birds outside my window

Finding a job I want to apply for. And it pays super well too! Accidentally already mentally spent the first month’s salary.

Ironing. It’s so relaxing. Such smooth sheets.

A walk around the resouvoirs. Chilly but beautiful.

Watching Notting Hill. What a film.

Just general housemate lols.

The most perfect day on the canal on their new boat.

All the wildlife. The kingfisher, the dragonflies, the greedy swans.

Dipping my toes in the water, sitting in the sun at the front of the boat.

Going into Foyles. Properly going in and buying a book and smelling that great smell of all those pages and feeling that calm that is in book shops.

Sitting in the garden, reading as the light faded and the birds sang. The air smelt beautiful.

Scottish drag queen names.

Getting up close with some wild Keas in Arthur’s Pass.
Buying some knitting needles and wool to knit hats. Third time lucky. Hopefully. How many more ways can I mess up a simple hat?
Having a shower in the campervan. My very first campervan shower. It was good. A bit cramped but good.
