Speaking to Simone on the phone this morning. It cheered me up, even when I thought it wouldn’t.

Achieving things and doing practical things like buying more mouse traps and re-editing the book pitch. Especially as I thought I would do nothing today.

Watching Grayson Perry’s Art Club. What a lovely calming programme. I love his laugh so much. And I love how he and Philippa are together.

Also a really lovely, long WhatsApp conversation with Corinne about things from the last few days.

Going for a walk that took me through the parkland walk, Finsbury Park, the ecology center and Highbury Fields.

Making some posts that I feel pretty proud of.

Seeing my book pitch made beautiful by Jonny.

So many birds singing as I meditated this morning.

Having a long cuddle with sleeping Noah and then feeding him a bottle.

Jonny putting my book pitch into InDesign for me. He’s been so helpful and I really really hope this goes somewhere.

Going for a wander along the Parkland Walk in the drizzle after work. The weather meant it was so much quieter than normal.

Cracking on with the book pitch. It feels pretty close to being finished now.

Realising that the booklets arrive tomorrow which means I can finally launch the kits!
