The colour of the walls in the Beardsley exhibition at the Tate. That dark turquoise.

An accidental boyfriend/girlfriend chat. And a whole day together.

A weird but good play about canabalism in the Vaults at Waterloo. Lots of ketchup. I loved the atmosphere down there too.

Stuart finishing work early and coming to meet me. We went for ice cream and ate it in the park and it was so lovely.

A relaxing evening doing the jigsaw puzzle together and listening to the radio.

Decorating biscuits for Adam’s birthday together.

Bubbles from the washing up liquid

Dancing at Rowen’s

Hearing him say he loves me

A night of 60% cuddle sleeping. I didn’t really sleep much but it was so lovely. And I keep thinking about it today.

Walking the quiet way to work after my opticians appointment. Beautiful trees.

Free breakfast to celebrate our walking win. Warm pastries!

Yoga. For the first time in ages and I’m so glad I actually made myself go to start strengthening my shoulder.

A veggie sausage, egg and cheese toasted sandwich for dinner. It was perfect.

Today has been a good day so forget the three things, have five instead.

Talking nipples with Adam. Good to know they’re on show today. I loved my outfit today. I felt very Adult Business Woman. Even with the nipples.

Shire crew group texts, trying to organise the wedding. Mainly just lols instead.

Stuart coming over. I really really wanted a hug. And he stroked my back.

The William Morris gallery and grounds. Including the organic apple Pip ice lolly. Mega delicious.

Telling Stuart I love him in the park.

Singing ‘we’re all going to the zoo tomorrow’.

Oh and ‘the rice had about 5 or 6 minutes left. So I’m going for a poo’

Going to see my exhibition with Stuart. It was so sweet that he wanted to go see it.

Lying in the park afterwards, in the sun in my dress

Feeling really close to Stuart again.

Getting home.

Buying all the healthy salad. Eating all the healthy salad.

Spending the evening with Stuart. I missed him.

Telling the poo smear story in the pub.

A walk around the lake, with heaps of dogs (including one wearing a waterproof jacket) and the sun and cuddles and sits on benches. It was so lovely.

Tapa Tapas. Delicious food. Nice chats.

Going to the pub after and watching boxing and chatting to three random guys.

Plus running away from waves, nice showers, great parallel parking.

Holiday! Our first holiday together. It started off really well. The place is pretty even though it’s been a bit of a shambles. But we handled it together. It’s been really fun!

Driving. I love driving. Especially in the countryside.

Poo conversations. It felt like a big step.

A final walk through the gentle snowfall and the big piles of snow. Bye Oslo, you’ve been fabulous.

Getting my pitch written at the airport. I feel a lot happier now that I’ve done that.

Home sweet home. Hello vegetables.

Lots of texting. He’s very sweet.

Having Stuart round, planning our cottage getaway.

I made a ridiculously delicious dinner. I’m so proud of it. Squash, leek and spinach gratin.

Finally getting round to writing the rules for BOW. Felt good to get something achieved.

Sleeping next to him and waking up next to him. A really cuddly night. It was really nice.

The explanation for why my birthday card was late from my brother. That damn racoon is always causing trouble…

A day of cleaning and sorting and putting up photos. It felt semi productive. It’s a good starting point at least.

Wearing my new DMs out and about. I love this look.

The family deciding that, despite us all agreeing to split the money if we won, that I should get the £20 from the Christmas scratch card.

Yay, Stuart agreed to go on holiday. And soon! Hello cute cottage with a fireplace.

Went for a little walk after Stuart left. Saw a cute squirrel.

Stuart came back over with wine in the evening to celebrate/commiserate me getting a job that I don’t want. He’s so cute. It’s so nice to see him twice in one day.

Then Jen came round! She finally saw my house and met Stuart. It was a fun little evening with Christmas songs and wine and snacks and silly conversations.

Waking up next to him and the stupid morning conversations that you have.

Chicken and bacon.

An afternoon/evening with Jo and Jonny in various combinations and with various drinks. The walk with Jonny, the sexual awakening talk with Jo. The pub with the two of them. The generosity of my friends. Today has been a really lovely day.

Today was a day of so many smiles.

Remembering last night and the girlfriend chat.

Getting an interview for a job I really want.

Being asked to write a blog for a feminist site and being approached by an award winning feminist podcast to talk about my vulva t-shirts.

Going to a Christmas party where I talked about vaginas and air pollution.
