Sean arrived!

My parents got to see Fred finally.

Went to the office and spoke to people and saw exciting police things.

Yesterday I gave the kids across the street a bag of my old scraps of material. Today they sent me photos of the things they’ve made, including an old dress remade into a new dress for one of the little ones.

Therapy. I felt so much better afterwards. I felt like I had finally been honest. And it was nice to have someone listen.
