A night of 60% cuddle sleeping. I didn’t really sleep much but it was so lovely. And I keep thinking about it today.

Yoga. For the first time in ages and I’m so glad I actually made myself go to start strengthening my shoulder.

BOW website is live! It’s happening.

Two nice meetings. One drinking coffee and walking around the park, mainly just getting to know each other. And one with two cool architects designing a fun project I want to do.

Remembering when Jonny and I were Mr and Mrs Bones. We made great incredible skeletons.

A goodbye dinner with Hol. Such a lovely evening. I’m really going to miss her. But she said some lovely things this evening that made me feel so good. I really feel like I can do this. I can achieve these things and I make this work. I have the skills. I just need to do it.

It was my birthday! We went for a beautiful walk along the beach with a clear blue sky and a calm sea.
