Finally BM after months and months. Three times.

Drew some vulvas on my tablet.

Went to bed when I was tired without looking at my phone and then realised it was 7.15pm.

Drew a plant.

Ronain breastfed for the first time.

Hot smoked salmon.

Going home early to play on my new tablet and draw vulvas.

Joking out loud to myself. I think I’m feeling a bit better.

A pretty sky in the evening.

My Christmas cards and prints arrived!

My personalised bush planter arrived! It’s so beautiful!

Someone drew my belly and snail trail!

My brother took amazing photos of my vulva decorations!

The sun unexpectedly coming out and going for a walk along the old railway.

Tea, apple cake and fancy chocolates with Jo.

Spending the morning drawing again.

The delicious vegan brownie.

Spending the morning drawing.

The ticket collector on the train taking a photo of the vulva decorations I was making.

Library and tea with Jo.

Drawing vulvas.

Custard on a spoon over the sink.

Mainly spent the day sewing vulvas.

Sat at my desk for the first time to do creative things and draw vulvas.

Finally in the mood to put up and change around the artwork in my room around the new desk and lamp.

Putting together all the vulva craft packs.

Using my wacom for the first time and drawing vulvas.

Mint matchmakers.

Playing Pictionary with Alec in House Party. This is ham.

A walk along parkland walk. The solid dry mud under my feet.

A squirrel hopping along in the middle of the road.

Giving a neighbour a sewing machine needle, all thanks to our road WhatsApp group.

Self love life drawing. Drawing. And being drawn.

Doing a second pose that wasn’t so scrunched up.

Letting myself walk calmly down Oxford St.

Swimming in the sea.

Letting the chicken loose at breakfast.

Playing games after dinner. The animal game and consequences. I especially loved Ming’s jellyfish-eagle.

I smelt that M&S Christmas potpourri smell. God I love that smell.

Walking to and from work with a big smile on my face because it’s just such a lovely job.

Jonny’s vulva. And an evening of genitalia lino printing.

First day at my new freelancing job. Making time capsules with recycling materials. FUN! Basically being paid to chat to kids, cut up paper and occasionally pick up bits of cardboard.

Probably got paid more today than I’ve ever been paid in one day before.

Jonny’s giant sharpie penis.

Going to the Tate. Watching the construction guys descend from the roof. The beautiful new galleries. Stepping into the cubes. Being alone in the room with the lights. Writing with a coffee. The views from the top floor. The wonky sculptures. The bubbling tubes. Lying in the cage. The beautiful concrete staircases.

Drawing birds and listening to guilty feminists.

Jonny, beers in the pub, a brilliant tart, jam tarts that burnt our mouths, cigarettes, GBBO in bed and gay chat. A brilliant Wednesday night.

Yay! This vagina.

Also posting another vagina thing.

All the face things. All the moisture. All the smoothness.

Doing all the things to make me feel better today. Namely:
The cheap and delicious chocolate custard cake.
Sacking off work and just getting lots of life admin shit done – new passport ordered, food bags picked up, books donated, people responded to, face mask…urm…masked.
Then some creative shit. Sketching from the nude photographs I had done and watching a funny video about whittling. Then a smidge of learning some French.

Fems bracelets.
The yellow sunlight from the sunset shining into the flat.
The curls on the drawing of me.

Being excited about new things, like salmon teeth.
Life drawing.
Asparagus.

Sitting in the sun and drawing again. Even if I’m a little bit rusty. Or a lot rusty.
I got a job. FINALLY. Now I can start to do things and enjoy my time here!
Hearing a laugh that reminded me of my cousin and made me think of my big family and the fun times we have together every year.
