Seeing the bluebells that made me smile yesterday and remembering to actually make my face into a smile.

Sewing all day. And it being so neat. I love my new sewing machine. I love the overlocking foot.

The walk in the evening. The smell of the woods, the birds, so many birds, the yellow sky and the bright green leaves.

The soft light this evening.

The soft air in the park. And the cut grass and the gravel and the space.

Getting up early and feeling no anxiety about Jonny. Feeling like I have the time to meditate without getting on edge or on a time limit.

Doing a spine yoga. And hearing my back click.

The sky today was beautiful. During the day, with the fluttered clouds and as the sun was setting, making everything glow golden.

Delicious vegan food with Sarah. I love mint dressing on a salad.

Roast parsnips, because I was craving them.

Also, more flowers, this time from Rosie. Starting my dungarees and a quick sober drink with Jo where I decided to run to work on Monday.

Coming home to London at the golden hour.

Seeing all our loo rolls, stacked around the house.

Having a shower in mum and dad’s lovely shower.

The thick, proper hot chocolate from Camden Passage. Drunk whilst walking the sun on the way back to the office.

Leaving the office just after 2.

The sky, walking home.

Cosy, blanket-y meditation yoga with Adriane

Dusk, with its pinky clouds and lovely light and birds singing

A recipe dinner. Broccoli cakes. I forget how good recipes are.

Colouring in for craft hour

Walking for an hour to meet Jen. Under a lovely dusk sky, smiling and focusing on the positive things

A night with Jen. Big Japanese curry and some beer.

The curly tree

The walk with Jen

The sky at sunset.

Time to myself.

A walk as the sun was setting and the light was beautiful.

Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again. Still makes me laugh

A walking meeting, circling the park in the sun.

Walking home as the sun was setting across the park, watching birds up in the sky.

I bought the flowers. It’s done. It’s over.

SLOVENIA!

Driving the car through the countryside.

Beautiful Piran. Walking through the cobbled streets and along the waterfront at dusk. The pretty square. The apartment 15 seconds from said pretty square. The super calm water, making me feel so happy and peaceful.

Naps

Series 8 of RuPaul’s Drag Race

Going outside for dinner and discovering its a beautiful, peaceful evening.

Leaving work when it’s so late for a second day in a row.

And I have tomorrow off! First day in 11 days. I can’t wait!

Home baked gooey biscuits, just out the oven.

The clouds, the light, the view. I’ll never tire of looking out that window.

Then the eerie orange light than made us feel like we were in some strange apocalypse film. The pollution apocalypse.

Delicious Korean food and I did it without eating meat.
