Leaf printing. Mostly mine.

Thunder!

Looking after Han – cooking, making her bed, washing up, listening to her talk about Chris, buying decaf coffee.

My brilliant friend, reporting on important and heartbreaking things in big newspapers. Very proud.

Wearing my dungarees again.

The conservatory at the Barbican.

Delicious pasta dinner with Holly.

The photo of my parents looking in love in amongst the plants.

Lots of moving around today. I felt like I walked up and down the stairs a lot.

Cosy chats with tea and chocolate and Jo after work.

Discovered a local department store. The jeans still weren’t right but I ordered what I need. It felt good to explore a bit, even after being here for two years.

A couple of the pieces at the National Portrait Gallery. The moving portraits by Julian Opie were cool. Physically moving I mean, not emotionally.

Jo came round with my P45 and cuddles after work. Really nice to have a mini catch up for about 45 minutes.

A few hours with Jonny in the evening but not drinking. Then going to bed at 10.

Going for a walk and picking up a conker. A beautiful, not quite perfect conker.

A day off, spent quite quietly again, doing things that needed to get done. Taxes, cleaning, sorting. Sending photographs of my vulva to feminist artists to make body positive artwork. You know, the usual.
