Planting out my seeds and making cute signs for them in time for Green Flag judging next week.

A day on my own in the office so lots of mortgage research and Instagram. And I think I might be able to afford a flat? But I thought that before so trying not to get too excited.

The HUGE slice of watermelon in the hires fridge that I found and ate. So delicious.

The two new sunflowers growing where the old sunflower got ripped off.

Taking a moment to sit and listen to the birds this morning.

Getting a gynae appointment for tomorrow.

Gracie isn’t shit! So far.

First courgette!

First tiny red tomato.

First sunflower.

Teeny tiny tomatoes!

Repotting my plants and filling up the pond. It was nice to do outside jobs.

Ardal picking knob for a purple thing.

The frozen berry glove in the freezer at work.

New tool store.

Fiddling with my flowers and vegetables.

The work experience kid didn’t turn up and I got the day to myself again.

Talking to Caroline about the seedlings and the plants.

The swifts are here!

The seedlings have grown enormously. Especially the courgettes.

The busy bird activity outside my window this morning – blackbirds and blue tits all diving into and out of the ivy.

The fox on the path.

Weaving my basket and thinking about my therapy.

The gentle wood smoke smell in my bedroom.

Sally is back which means we all chatted loads today.

She was excited about my sunflower competition idea!

Sarah rang me for a chat and it was really nice to speak to her.

My seeds have started growing at work! The sunflowers and salad leaves. It’s so exciting to see it!

Lying on the soft chairs in the upstairs office reading and watching the birds at lunchtime.

Therapy in person. Epic journey but worth it.

Sleeping until 7.30.

The morning volunteering session on my own. It’s much calmer without Louisa and Syd.

Telling Sally about the ‘ginormous’ squash.

Spotting the butterfly on the beer can. And going back to photograph it.

Having lunch at a cafe. A bloody massive salad from the cute guy.

My first tomatoes are ready.

Possibly the beginnings of tomatoes on my plant.

Going back and paying for the sandwich.

Doing a long yoga video as the wind rustles the tree outside and blows fresh air through the window.

Opening my blind to find a fox in the garden.

My flowers are growing.

Deciding to go swimming. And deciding to be happy at the same time.

Buying a beautiful swishy skirt.

One on one with Matt. And watching Planet Earth together. Cute polar bear cubs and baboons that don’t like the water.

(Today started off as quite a bad day. So I’m enjoying that the second half had lots more smiles in it. So there are more than 3)

Oh these? No big deal. Just the tomatoes I’m growing in the garden. It’s cool.

First throwing lesson at Clay Time. Fun, handsy and some great that’s what she said’s.

Being at home a bit earlier. Time to clean, to relax, to water the garden. To have a second shower.

Even more sunflowers popping up.

Coffee in the sun with Jo. I needed hugs and sympathy after last night.

Walking around Gillespie Park. The bit I haven’t been to before. Flowers and bees and beautiful things. 🐝🌺🌼🌷🌻

Two of my sunflower seeds are sprouting! I’m so happy!

The free plant giveaway by the cute community group. Got me a chilli plant and some salad leaves.

The delicious food at Holly and Al’s BBQ. Of course.

A work beer. It’s been a long week.

Rosemary fries. So many rosemary fries.

Coming home to see my housemate’s purple light shining from his window. Apparently he’s made a light system for his plants. Not weed. Just regular plants. I like my housemates.
