A lie in! I slept until 9.30 and it was incredible.

Buying loads of delicious healthy things across a couple of shops and feeling good about all the good things I’m going to put into my body.

A cup of tea and a walk around the heath with Mo. Sunshine, nice chats and the tiniest bit of occasional brushing elbows and knees. Sweet and lovely.

The ladies pond. Oh it was so lovely. Swimming next to ducklings and with herons swooping along next to us. Getting over my fear. Being in a women only space. Sunbathing with my boobs out. It was perfect.

Sunbathing in the park with Jonny followed by showing him the delicious organic shop. And just spending time with him like normal.

Doing the puzzle and listening to the radio with Jonny in the evening. Everything felt relaxed and lovely. Exactly how a Sunday should feel. Even if Claudia didn’t read out our boring message.


Deciding to walk to the next station and stepping outside to a beautiful sky and a lovely morning.


Being early so having a quick walk on Hampstead Heath, looking at the frozen ponds and finding a frozen glove.


Discovering a tiny and lovely Japanese restaurant just down the road. I love my area.
