Making a delicious dinner that was a bit different and healthy.

The smell of the earth after it rained.

Red leafy wall.

I had stuffing for lunch. What of it?

A free bunch of asparagus. So of course I immediately ate an entire bunch.

Starting my dungarees

Evening with my old mates. Didn’t leave feeling sad or embarrassed and regretting anything. I’m in a much happier place.

Green smoothie and berries for breakfast with tea and some Murakami.

Walking walking walking and meeting Jonny at the White Cube

Watching a bit of the marathon. It’s surprisingly emotional.

A lie in! I slept until 9.30 and it was incredible.

Buying loads of delicious healthy things across a couple of shops and feeling good about all the good things I’m going to put into my body.

A cup of tea and a walk around the heath with Mo. Sunshine, nice chats and the tiniest bit of occasional brushing elbows and knees. Sweet and lovely.

The morning sky

Doing the crow for the first time in yoga!

An afternoon of slow shopping for healthy ingredients for food that will hopefully make me happier. I felt really calm and grown up and happy. And discovering the bulk buy store was incredible.

Lunchtime walk in the park and discovering this bench. This bench that feels so me.

The two women sat on the bench, in the sun, under the turning leaves. Idyllic.

Mum is fine! Thank god.

Watching a film by myself in the living room. Plus a couple of chocolate biscuits.

RuPaul’s final. Yas Sasha! Absolutely slayed it!

Dinner, drinks, a walk in the park with Jonny. Swings, perving on men and park gym. And then he saw a house that he wants to move into. Please let him get it.

A walk around the park, past the swans before work.

Working from home in the afternoon. Sitting on the sofa next to Matt, helping Becky sew and just enjoying the house.

Colourful dinner. And a proper meal too. Well. Sort of.

An actual productive day. With a delicious lunch.

A delicious lunch with a beautiful-skinned mackerel.

Bumbling for 45 minutes with Ismay and Claudia rather than actually doing work.

Walking across London (past random bands in fancy guard uniforms) to eat an ice cream on the canal. After making myself dinner in someone else’s house.

A morning swim. I like the getting ready for work in the changing rooms too.
My colourful breakfast of organic porridge and loads of fruit (that’s not actually my porridge because 1) I was too hungry to even think about pausing to take a photo and 2) I did not make mine look nice at all. I just wanted to eat the thing)
The orange light on the landing.
