The beautiful colours of the almost turning trees on the wall around Arundel.

Seeing a hot air balloon in the distance on the train back and remembering when dad and I cycled to SM to see the balloons when I was a kid.

Dinner with Jonny, bitching about the world.

A herd of deer.

Woodlands and a stream. Obviously I put my hands in it.

The bizarrely huge landscape of corn fields. It felt almost Mongolian.

A beautiful walk in the countryside. Fallen leaves, mist, moss and gnarly trees.

Possibly organising my first threesome. And being asked on another date.

Paddington. Finally watched it

The moss and the waterfalls.

The stone bridge.

Lunch by the lake.

We made it! Day four. All the way to Ushguli in the hot hot heat. More butterflies, more wildflowers, more damn inclines! The window opening in the taxi on the way back.Climbing to the top of the old tower and sitting on the rickety wooden roof, looking out over Mestia.

Day three. Still so beautiful. The glacier, the meadows, the bright blue sky. The thousands upon thousands of butterflies.

Crossing the river by horse.

Nice guesthouse buddies! The Scottish couple and the Irish and Chinese couple.

Day two of the hike. So damn beautiful! Wildflower meadows, butterflies and incredible views. Plus lovely weather.

Doing Oliver jumps and Sound of Music frollicking in the meadows.

Exploring the tiny old village of Adishi. Towers, run down buildings and cows.

The walk from Mestia to Zhabeshi.

The meadows, the clouds, the views, the pigs, the quick river crossing in a car, the jumping nipples. All of it.The cute guesthouse with mad shower. It has buttons for lights and even a telephone.

Finishing an expert sudoku. With minimal accidental cheating.
