I did my initial therapy consultation and I feel really happy that I’ve got the process started!

Getting lots of shit done today. Lots of shopping for little bits. Itch relief cream, tissue paper, envelopes, elastic, clay. It feels very successful.

Having lunch in a cafe again. And eating a shit ton of veg followed by a great hot chocolate.

The ridiculous Christmas setup I found at one house today. There was even a big manger scene on the side of the house, along with a snowscape in the shed.

I ran to work! And I didn’t hate it! In fact I felt really good about it!

I got the coveted free hot chocolate from Pret.

Eating peanut butter with my finger.

Walking through the park in the sun, my feet bouncing on the compacted mud, looking at the autumn leaves.

Simple and the ginger hot chocolate. I did it. And it was the perfect, quiet place to relax out of the rain. I’m glad I turned round and found the courage to go in.

I skied! I’ve never skied before and it was so much fun!
The well earned and totally delicious hot chocolate with biscuits on afterwards.
….then the raclette for dinner. CHEEEEEEESE!

A hot chocolate, a book and some quiet at the Happy Cafe.
My hairdresser styled my hair completely differently. It looked hilariously 80’s during and then actually really cool at the end. I spent the rest of the day looking in the mirror.

The huge low moon distracting me slightly as the plane took off.
Getting to the hotel and discovering the mini bar. Hot chocolate and biscuits demolished before bed.

Getting the bus round to Lyall Bay to enjoy the winter sunshine and watch the surfers with a cup of hot chocolate.
The Lego Movie. Surprisingly good. And funny.
Homemade pizza. And I didn’t make too much and feel sick like I normally do.

Going for dinner with my boyfriend and spending some nice time together after a hectic weekend. Pus I love going out for a meal and we never do it anymore.

Then going for desert somewhere else. And then a hot chocolate somewhere else. My hot chocolate was essentially just melted chocolate and it was incredible.

Walking through tourist London around Leicester Square with all the Christmas lights, Beyonce playing on my iPod and just feeling good.

We went to a new cafe and had a hot chocolate. They came with cute chocolate hearts on top.

We had a tickle fight in the lift on the way out. I lost but I still couldn’t help but laugh.

The big firework display in Blackheath. Mulled wine, hats and gloves and of course, the fireworks.
