Deciding to say something and it actually turning out well. I feel closer to him again.

Almost finished the curtains!

Housemates (nearly) altogether, watching Queer Eye. Such an adorbs old man.

Buttery jacket potatoes at lunch.

Bivan’s new house and finishing the pollution game

Winning a prize for coming second to last at the pub quiz with the old housemates.

Putting up my embroidered vulvas.

The HUGE thunder and lightening today. I love storms.

Cake and custard from Roger.

The ridiculous taglines in the 4imprint magazine.

Chatting to Matt again for the first time in ages. Blow job news, STI swapping and similar dumping situations. It’s been too long.

This email from a friend/colleague. What a lovely thing to read.

Talking about Body of Women and feminism with Pete. He’s a sweet guy.

Reminiscing about Mike with Lauren and Bivan as she cleaned out the gross fridge.

Lots of housemates in the kitchen. And I told them about BOW.

A team lunch for Anthony’s birthday. It was a nice bonding experience.

Free Fortnum and Mason bits. Hello yummy ginger biscuits and fabulous face oil.

The beautiful sky on the walk to work this morning.

New Muji stationery. Whoops. Couldn’t help myself.

Pressing the curtains seams in the living room and hanging out with housemates.

Coming home. To this incredible birthday present from my housemates!

A bath and a face mask.

Alec drinking beer with my cake mum.

Free hat with the big tampon and pad deliveries! Yay! #freeperiods

Having to cut off a conversation with dad because 3600 tampons were arriving on my doorstep. When I text him to apologise he said not many dad’s would hear that story from their daughter and he was proud of me for helping a good cause. He’s such a babe.

Stuart came round mine and drunk weird strawberry gin with my housemates and it was lovely. I like having him here to stay.

Morning sex and an orgasm.

My beautiful new ring.

Wine and chats with Lauren and Becky.

Cracking on with a job application no problems. I can do it when I want to.

Boy chat with Lauren after she came back from her holiday.

New dresses. A classic shapeless denim one and a sparkly black one that makes me feel slinky. Thanks charity shop!

Waking up with him. Making dumb jokes about baby Sophie. Remembering what he said about my eyes.

Making jokes with the pharmacy ladies.

A night in with Matt and Bivan, watching two films, eating two pizzas and discussing the queuing systems at the local shops. (Shit photo, great night)

Matilda was back. And we took her for a walk and she has A MAC 😍

A big roast dinner all together with no meat and an apple crumble with custard.

Watching Love Actually. I mean it’s terrible but it’s good. Except for the sexism and stuff.

A walk around the resouvoirs. Chilly but beautiful.

Watching Notting Hill. What a film.

Just general housemate lols.

The smell of the autumn leaves.

I sewed a bib for my friends new baby. I haven’t sewn in a while so that was really nice.

A massage from Joy.

And watching Blue Planet II with the housemates.

Spent seven hours watching Grace and Frankie in the living room with Matt. And then the other housemates.

Had a roast cooked for me for dinner.

And got warm, freshly baked banana bread afterwards. Good Sunday.

Period! And without all the usual hormones and pain. Very bizarre. But right on time. Can’t believe it’s finally settled into a pattern.

Still walking to work with a smile on my face. Especially over that bridge in the sun. I think I might be my favourite view in London. Can’t believe I’m enjoying working with children so much.

Watched The Martian with Matt and Scarlett. Can’t believe I liked another film.

Matt cooking me eggs for a hungover breakfast.

Matt cooking us a roast for a still slightly hungover Sunday dinner.

Gusty having his baby!

A walk through the little park, to get out the house.

Flirting with Brian.

The house party! Dancing with Alec. Howling into the wind. The fire. Laughing with Lauren.

A local coffee with Jo. That turned into lunch too.

An afternoon of Tate pottery and too much cake with Sarah. Where she talked total sense and made me realise a few things. I don’t need to trivialise my sadness.

An evening with the housemates. Minus the rubbish one. Matt cooked us a roast. And it was just nice.

Being out and about and not in the office.

Fair trade cotton and paper earbuds from Co Op. Ah, I’ve missed you.

House Bake Off watching. Matt’s, not quite viral, tweet.

Bright autumn leaves on the walk home.

Being good at interviewing. I like being on this side of the table.

A big veggie stew on a baked potato with Bivan for dinner. Plus some wine. In front of Bake Off.

And the smell of lavender in the fresh evening air.

I grew these! And I ate them for dinner.

I made a dress.

An evening with Bivan, playing guitar and singing, watching Back.

A sad day but reminiscing about funny Nan stories.

No Such Thing As A Fish on the train home. It was just such a funny episode. Shoelaces, brown diamonds and international listeners.

Watching Bake Off in the lounge with Bivan. Rather than sitting alone in my room all night. That was a blessing in disguise.

Getting half way through my very delayed commute, in the rain and deciding to just enjoy the walk and forget about being annoyed because it doesn’t matter. That was a good feeling.

Having all the housemates together in the living room. For possibly the first time since Christmas. Lauren bullying Mike for being a t-shirt stained mess. Ivan sneezing into Becky and pulling a muscle. I made a great cereal protest joke.

GIF-ing with Jen and James instead of doing any kind of work whatsoever.

Also I just loved this vagina image from @rudooles

My breakfast. A smashed egg on sourdough.

A nut roast, cooked by my housemates.

Minions.

My sunflower has finally flowered. And my housemate sent a photo of it congratulating me, which cheered me up after I felt annoyed at him for being messy this morning.

Gym. Rowing. Cycling. Just doing it.

Bake Off on the big TV, not my iPad. Followed by a chat with Lauren. I forget how much 10 minutes of socialising can make you feel.

The beautiful Weir Gardens. The river, the wooden play park, the drying onions, the walled garden.

Dinner and half pints with Jonny. Even though he made me nearly cry.
Coming home and sitting by the fire in the garden with my housemates. And then playing Rag on the Wire. Excellent new game.

Giving out ice pops in the office.

An evening at home. Picking up parcels. Food shopping. Chatting to Scarlett and Matt in the garden for a few hours.

Wearing Becky’s dress with the slit. I always feel good in this dress.

All the art. None of the money. Thanks borrowed Tate Card.
Cortado. Delicious, delicious cortado.

An evening with Matt, menstruating, eating ice cream and watching a weird film. Then having some good discussions with Mike.
