Driving the biggest van for the smallest amount of stuff. With Jonny, obvs.

The robin came back into the garden. It’s so brave. And she ate the worms Lauren gave her.

Multi-housemate gardening.

Spending the day with mum and dad. And getting my jars back.

Cream tea in the park.

Chatting boys with Lauren and Scarlett in the kitchen.

An evening of housemates and pottery. And Ivan’s slightly inappropriate interview practise.

When Jen asked ‘Did I just give you my number?’ on an answer phone message.

Grace the Horse lols.

Neat packing. Of the van and the container.

The event was fun. I like chatting to the women I work with. Even if the event didn’t get as much attention as it should have.

Showing off my tattoo. He really liked it.

Coming home to my housemates. Shared cigarettes and wine and dinner. It’s nice when we’re all together.

Getting most of the things I need from a small radius around my house.

The most amazing Boomerang with Bivan.

Live music and fun company. And head touching. That was really nice.

Tiny art penises. Dinner conversations. Still very smiley.

Making dinner with a happy Bivan.

Realising I didn’t have to make curtains.

Got myself a date.

Walking back from the pub with all the housemates after a pub quiz with a truly terrible quiz master.

Although she did say Melanie Trump and Skitting Bull. Which was pretty funny.

A work beer. It’s been a long week.

Rosemary fries. So many rosemary fries.

Coming home to see my housemate’s purple light shining from his window. Apparently he’s made a light system for his plants. Not weed. Just regular plants. I like my housemates.

Homemade brownie from my housemate. The perfect day for that to happen. Thank you Ivan.

The WEN talk: what’s feminism got to do with the environment? I particularly loved Judy Ling Wong.

My fabulous sister in law. Sending me positive messages about shit heads being shit and making shitty decisions.

Playing ALMA – Dye My Hair on repeat.

Boxercise with Becky. It’s more fun when you have someone to giggle with.

A chat with Matt about books and podcasts.

ADDITION: a sleepover with Hannah, talking into the night like 10 year olds.

Pussy Portraits. A vagina book from my colleague.

All the housemates, at the pub, for my birthday. Plus Muji birthday presents!

The shower curtain is finally here! Joint effort putting it up. Really feeling the house right now.

Christmas bench at the station.

Sitting in the sun on the platform. It was surprisingly warm, considering the frosty morning.

Christmas arrived at the house. We put up the tree, decorated it and ate mince pies listening to Christmas songs. It’s the first time we’ve all been there together for more than 10 minutes for months.

A night of knitting, pizza, mulled wine and Christmas songs. Starting with this beautiful pike of unraveled wool.

The fox sauntering down the road after work.

Feeling happy. Really genuinely happy. Like the old me happy.

I was early for my meeting so I went for a wander along the river. Next to a swan.

Housemate chats in the kitchen. Tattoos, a shared dinner and the continuing shower saga. It’s almost over. He almost bought a shower rail.

The horrendous fish scene shower curtain.

Visited a recycling centre. I’ve wanted to go to one for years. It was so interesting. I loved it. And I got paid to go!

Homemade pizza night with Ivan’s pizza oven. So delicious.

Alec’s music recommendation. Vagina themed.

Phone chats with Claire.

Heart eyes from Rachel.

Teasing Mike. “I need to….” “…finish the sentence?”

Drinks with Ivan and Mike.
Watching the colours change on the big swing pagoda at Kings Cross.

Week One done. Four interviews, one journey outside of London and loads of printing. Its been a good start.

A super fast and super successful shopping trip to Covent Garden.

Coming home to my housemates being fun and lovely. Plus a fantastically wanky shower head.

The Eid Mubarak celebrations at the local mosque. So many people out and about and dressed up nicely.

A Mr Freeze to cool down. Retro.

The grandma and grandson holding hands and walking in the park.

Beers in the garden (and on the stairs) with housemates, talking Bumble, first dates and milking cows.

All the new clothes through the post.

Funny conversations with the housemates about Torture Garden, piss water fights and Glass Bottom Boats.

Wearing my new vagina T-shirt to work. Loving that look.

Tile talk in the bathroom with everyone.
The most bizarre meeting. Colleagues drunk and high. Then a manager telling me I’m better off out of it. What a nutty situation. Can’t help but laugh at the absurdity.
Fire, part II. Love a good fire.

Making the house look pretty with flatmates. Organised the DVDs, did more gardening (well, hacking) and discovered an insane amount of old remotes.
Sitting in the sun, in our new chair, drinking coke from a glass bottle. It’s just like being on holiday.
A perfectly lined-up stripy top and a new way of hemming necklines.

He sent me a RuPaul soundboard to cheer me up. HIIIIEEEE!
I applied for three jobs. Finally! It’s good to properly get started.

Deciding that neither of us wants to get married. Ever. And we’re more than happy as we are.
I wore shorts outside for the first time this Spring. The sky was so blue, the air was warm and my legs were free.

Crunchy allergy.
The word poop. Still makes me laugh.
Watching Grand Designs.
