Custard. Homemade by Jen. With some crumble. By Marks and Spencer.

The sun on the leaves on my walk through my favourite bit of the park this morning.

A hug from Syd.

Watching them run the marathon.

Being there to hug Jonny as he cried at the end.

The lovely Eurostar people who let me get on the next train after I’d assumed I was on that one and missed my actual reason.

Seeing Han and giving her a big hug.

Seeing Jo laugh really hard. I’ve forgotten how much I enjoy seeing her like that.

Tidying the office when no one was in there.

New desk chair.

Seeing Jana and Charlie at House of Momo.

Sean walking in. Utterly bizarre but lovely to hug him.

An actual proper hug from Jonny.

Lying in the park reading. And not the park right next to my house.

Seeing Jo, if only briefly, to return library books and eat a patis de natas and hug.

I also ate half a watermelon and took myself out for a Turkish lunch.

Jonny cut my hair.

My cousin came round and I hugged her.

Psych with the Fems plus one

Watching Jana get her ear pierced. And then spending the evening opening up and chatting with her.

Spending the afternoon chatting. To Libby. To Andrew. To Adam.

James wanting to come over and hug me.

A night of 60% cuddle sleeping. I didn’t really sleep much but it was so lovely. And I keep thinking about it today.

Walking the quiet way to work after my opticians appointment. Beautiful trees.

Free breakfast to celebrate our walking win. Warm pastries!

Yoga. For the first time in ages and I’m so glad I actually made myself go to start strengthening my shoulder.

A veggie sausage, egg and cheese toasted sandwich for dinner. It was perfect.

Today has been a good day so forget the three things, have five instead.

Talking nipples with Adam. Good to know they’re on show today. I loved my outfit today. I felt very Adult Business Woman. Even with the nipples.

Shire crew group texts, trying to organise the wedding. Mainly just lols instead.

Stuart coming over. I really really wanted a hug. And he stroked my back.

Going for a walk in the sunshine to think at work. So nice to be outside.

Getting nice emails back from florists that want to help us.

Dinner with Stuart at the dark pub. After Matt helped me with printing panics.

A final walk through the gentle snowfall and the big piles of snow. Bye Oslo, you’ve been fabulous.

Getting my pitch written at the airport. I feel a lot happier now that I’ve done that.

Getting home and Stuart coming over for food and cuddles. It was lovely to sleep next to him. For a change!

A cold sunny walk around the park. Looking at Christmas trees and playing on the outside gym. My favourite tree was this squat little fella.

Spending the evening with Stuart, drinking too much and eating delicious Indian food.

Cuddling. A lot of cuddling.

A day with family for Eileen’s 90th birthday. Cousin cuddles.

Coming home to Dolly, the most calm and beautiful dog. I sat on the floor and cuddled her for ages.

Getting into bed at half 8.

“Are you laughing at ‘otter’?”

“Yes”

Knuffle with Jen.

Crashing my brother’s band practise. Sitting outside the shed he built, listening to him play, drinking a beer. What a perfect evening.

Getting the Pin the Clit on the Vulva through the post by the fantastic Jo Harrison. Complete with vagina on the tube and a Fanny Power card inside! I love it SO MUCH. Can’t wait to put this up at the Period Party tomorrow!

James giving Gust a ‘new father’ hug. So adorable.

Weirdly sexy chat about lambs.

A hug from my boss. For running those events like a fucking boss!
Deciding to finally walk through the tiny gate into the secret park on my way home. It felt like nan was guiding me in there, to enjoy the greenery, the sunlight and the beauty. It was exactly what I needed after today.

The sun the sun the sun.

Games night at Wiseman’s.

Hannah hug.

Getting lost near Oval, just walking round and round it by accident.
