A nice message from Andrew.

Opening my blind to find a fox in the garden.

My flowers are growing.

Deciding to go swimming. And deciding to be happy at the same time.

Buying a beautiful swishy skirt.

One on one with Matt. And watching Planet Earth together. Cute polar bear cubs and baboons that don’t like the water.

(Today started off as quite a bad day. So I’m enjoying that the second half had lots more smiles in it. So there are more than 3)

A party in a greenhouse after the park has shut. Plants, fairy lights and too much food.

Playing hide and seek.

Driving over the bridge, seeing St Paul’s Cathedral lit up. Still my favourite view in London and always a treat when you accidentally have to get an Uber back from south of the river.

Green smoothie and berries for breakfast with tea and some Murakami.

Walking walking walking and meeting Jonny at the White Cube

Watching a bit of the marathon. It’s surprisingly emotional.

Bizarrely, staying a bit later because I was so involved in what I was doing and feeling good about getting something serious done.

Being mentioned in an article by Sue as a good campaigner.

Talking about how great London is on a first date.

Listening to my podcast.

The squirrel that was right beside me as I walked through the estate.

Having mum and dad in London, walking along the canal in the sun and lunch on a canal boat cafe.

The Paper Man. Such an amazing play that I just wasn’t expecting.

And dad telling me they’d watched 100 Vaginas

Watching the Sewing Bee with Jonny.

Doing the New River Walk at lunchtime in the sun that actually felt warm.

The beautiful sky by the Thames.

Colleague free day. So, home after lunch to masturbate and lie around on the sofa.

Finally got dinner at the Soho Mildred’s. Found out Mildred was a prostitute.

Colouring in for craft hour

Walking for an hour to meet Jen. Under a lovely dusk sky, smiling and focusing on the positive things

A night with Jen. Big Japanese curry and some beer.

Walking from work down to Leicester Square, listening to happy music and feeling really happy about everything.

The play with Diarmuid. It was surprisingly good!

Kissing. Lots and lots of kissing.

My little cousin got my best friend’s book for Christmas. And I told everyone that he wrote it. And then she read some to me.

Getting home. Hello flat. Hello London. Hello peace and quiet.

Texting Alex.

Lots of walking through London, listening to music. I really liked the song about the black Atlantis.

Period book launch. Photos, red blobs and tons of freebies.

Taking photos in the period photo booth with Jo

A meandering walk down any path that takes my fancy on Hampstead Heath. Featuring beautiful trees.

The Natural History Museum. The building is so impressive.

Cooking both aubergine and tofu. Not cooked either before and they turned out good!

The view from the roof

The tips of the tree turning orange

James’s wedding photos

Watching The Secret Life of Puppies on YouTube with my boss.

Shit-faced Shakespeare with Stuart.

Walking through hot London at night. Through Trafalgar’s Square, past the WWII women’s memorial, along the river. I still love London.

A slow morning. Eggs on toast cooked by Stuart and then coming home and starting work late.

A warm room.

Being on the roof at work.

Beautiful Islington. God I love it here.

Going for a coffee and a pastéis de nata at lunchtime on my own, reading my book in the sunny cafe.

I had a proper to do list and actual things to do. It felt good.

When his socks matched the floor of the Tate. And the woman next to us laughed too.

Getting hyped up on coffee and going to see the fatberg. And the cat memes that helped to get women the vote.

Discount Suit Company. Cocktails and chats.

Standing on the roof – almost looking at a London skyline. Always feels rebellious being on a roof.

More colleagues bonding. This time in a van.

Mildred’s. Finally. Very yummy.

Discovering Hyrrs (feminist hymns) and doing a couple of hours volunteering for Bloody Good Period, sorting out tampons and pads and eating mince pies.

Travelling around London and everyone is happy and smiling and carrying big bags full of presents to take home for Christmas.

Everyone together for Christmas in B&H’s house. Indian food, fire, family. So lovely. Let Christmas begin!

Spending the whole day with Stuart.

The Hyper Japan Christmas market! With the dancing tile, the tat, the food, the sake.

Crossing Tower Bridge, drunk and at night.

A walk around the resouvoirs. Chilly but beautiful.

Watching Notting Hill. What a film.

Just general housemate lols.

Period! And without all the usual hormones and pain. Very bizarre. But right on time. Can’t believe it’s finally settled into a pattern.

Still walking to work with a smile on my face. Especially over that bridge in the sun. I think I might be my favourite view in London. Can’t believe I’m enjoying working with children so much.

Watched The Martian with Matt and Scarlett. Can’t believe I liked another film.

Canoeing up the canal towards the Lee Valley. The sun was out, it was really warm and it was all so bloody beautiful! I had such a lovely time!

Spending time with Will.

Talking about Noel’s House Party.

Beautiful sunny London. It’s so perfect when it looks like this.

Buying a new bag. It was tan. I had to.

And a fourth, dinner at Jo’s with her brother and fiancé. It was really nice. Maybe a friend extension.

Going to Fulham Palace with my cousin

Food of the future!

Going to the V&A with Jonny and looking at all the amazing ceramics. And seeing the new entrance. So beautiful and peaceful. Well done London.

Baking some cookies. It was nice to bake. It always reminds me of mum. Plus they were delicious.

Watching TV all evening with Jonny. Especially the final Educating Yorkshire with Musharaf overcoming his stammer. I cried.

Getting half way through my very delayed commute, in the rain and deciding to just enjoy the walk and forget about being annoyed because it doesn’t matter. That was a good feeling.

Having all the housemates together in the living room. For possibly the first time since Christmas. Lauren bullying Mike for being a t-shirt stained mess. Ivan sneezing into Becky and pulling a muscle. I made a great cereal protest joke.

GIF-ing with Jen and James instead of doing any kind of work whatsoever.

Also I just loved this vagina image from @rudooles

My homegrown,multicoloured sunny tomatoes

Buying fabric for my dresses.

Live music. It’s nice to hear live music.
