Made some masks and put some vulva artwork together.

Did two lots of yoga.

Spoke to Ailsa about my gynae problems.

I took myself out for a walk along the Parkland Walk to make sure I moved and breathed.

The branding call with Liv and Oddbox. It helped make me feel more creative again.

Deciding to not do work in the afternoon and put together a pattern for a top I want to make.

Making a new thing. Sewing a stripy jumper from stretchy fabric.

Walking up to Highgate Woods and seeing all the trees and light and leaves. Two hours of walking. I really needed it.

Seeing Eileen loving Zoom.

Yesterday I gave the kids across the street a bag of my old scraps of material. Today they sent me photos of the things they’ve made, including an old dress remade into a new dress for one of the little ones.

Working with Gerry. He’s funny. And sweet too.

Finishing two more pairs of dungaeees after work.

I made a boob pot. And I added my freckles and moles.

Walking past the beautiful homes in Hornsey, as the sun shone.

Baking and cooking. A nut loaf and some biscuits. It’s nice to have a Sunday afternoon alone in the flat and to finally feel like I’m cooking someone good again.

Making my dungarees. I feel so so proud of myself and I just love that feeling of wearing something out the front door that literally didn’t exist that morning.

Yoga with Adriene before bed.

Roast parsnips, again. Can’t stop, won’t stop.

Tidying and organising. Finally got a spice rack (of sorts), my cupboard looks so neat and tidy and I have things in neat boxes everywhere you look.

Packing my bag for tomorrow’s run (slow jog) to work. I’m really quite excited!

Deciding to cancel the social plans for today and stay in to do the above.

(This is lots more than three but I was happy a lot today and I want to celebrate that)

The sky today was beautiful. During the day, with the fluttered clouds and as the sun was setting, making everything glow golden.

Delicious vegan food with Sarah. I love mint dressing on a salad.

Roast parsnips, because I was craving them.

Also, more flowers, this time from Rosie. Starting my dungarees and a quick sober drink with Jo where I decided to run to work on Monday.

Putting a little period product box in the loos at work, with single pads from Bloody Good Period.

My favourite curry of the moment. Squash, kale and jackfruit.

Cutting out the paper pattern for the new dungarees.

A day by myself. Reading loads of my big heavy book on the sofa.

Finishing my silver top for the wedding.

Cooking three new recipes.

Yoga. Plant pruning. Sunny walk.

Making a collar with Will. It’s fun to have something to make.

Lying in the park, reading and watching the clouds.

Discovering the extractor fan switch! Please god let it sort out the damp.

Went to the gym and did more than I’ve been doing. Followed by the sauna. Felt pretty smug about that.

Finally finished my application and then managed to smash out another one. Very smug about that.

A bit of crafting in the evening. Vagina Christmas cards and homemade envelopes.

The Great Recovery event. It was so nice to be back around creative people and I loved making the cushion, especially using the curved needle.

Waxed legs. It’s been a while.

Looking at my thumbs and seeing my brothers thumbs in mine. To me, my brother is perfect and having something that physically connects us makes me feel happy.

A whole night of sewing.

Hearing from my boyfriend.
