I heard and recognised a song thrush.

Misty morning.

I was Yammer post of the week 🤣

The mist clearing as we drove, revealing the mountains in beautiful sunshine.

Then the mist clearing as we walked, turning the weather into warm, blue and not at all like January.

The cute old bridge and the stone path leading away from it.

The strange rainbow cloud.

The misty morning. It wasn’t even cold. Just beautiful.

The quiet walk around the lake. With mossy photo shoots.

Han farting.

Misty morning walk with the sun shining.

Fred popping bubbles.

Wearing Dad’s jumper.

A bath shower in the beautiful bathroom with the huge tub and the mirror wall.

A misty walk along the coast.

Church Cove. Sitting in the sheltered bit, watching the sea and the family playing. So peaceful.

Plus the incredible cream tea with the world’s best scone and the nicest possible owners in their adorable front room cafe.

And a little text from James, finally.

Watching the steam curl up the tiles in the beautiful shower

Going beyond the garden to the misty views and the chickens

Mossy stones and little rivers and green leaves and reflections on the water. Ducks, woodpeckers and dogs.

Sitting in the sun and feeling the warmth.

Stroking the dog on the tube on the way home

Misty fields early in the morning on the way to the airport. Which took me to…

Malaga! I spent the rest of the day wandering around the old town, listening to opera singers in the street, siesta-ing in my cutesie hostel, eating tapas and looking at Picasso’s.

The nice waiters at the vegetarian restaurant. It feels way less hassley here than I expected.

The misty walk through the beautiful New Forest. Just being back there makes me feel calm and grounded.

A three hour lunch at The Pig. So delicious. So beautiful. So fun. All the food and all the giggles with the Fems.

Wild ponies in the misty moors.

Double hot tub with prosecco. Second time around was naked hot tub.

The pub with some home friends.

Walking home through the misty, pitch black back roads.

A hot chocolate before bed.

Oh, what a lovely lovely day.

Walking across the bridge, looking across at misty London and getting a kick of ‘oh I’m so lucky to live here’
WoW festival. My first time and my first of three days. I spent it by myself, with hundreds of other brilliant and interesting feminists. A really lovely, lovely day.
Delicious, proper Chinese food with my fabulous friends. Well done Ming.

The beautiful cold and misty morning walk over Waterloo bridge. And sharing that moment with a stranger.
The way the light came through the windows at work.
Playing with the litter pickers.

My ‘Fuck You World’ cream tea breakfast.
Having everyone walk out of my way as I raged across Hungerford Bridge, admiring the disappearing building tops.
Going up a weight number at the gym.

The misty weather hiding the tops of the buildings this morning.

Going for a walk in the mist this morning.
Spotting deer and rabbits and eating blackberries from the bushes for breakfast.
Sitting in the sunshine after lunch. So ridiculously warm. I love September.
