Trying the tiny community cafe in the church. And sticking around when I realised I would have to talk to people. It was something different.

Getting a room of senior men in a meeting to realise I knew what I was talking about with one sentence. Suddenly they started looking at and talking to me, rather than just Andrew. That’s always a good feeling.

A massage for my neck. Minimal talking and some good advice for stretching my muscles.

Got a Netflix log in.  Used it to watch The True Cost. Which actually isn’t a film that makes you smile. But it’s made me determined to go back to my old, greener, better ways. And that’s a good feeling.

I feel organised. I packed for Christmas. And I wrote a packing list for Jonny for Vietnam. Even though I don’t want him to go.

I read back over my list of new things I’ve done this year and remembered all the cool, interesting things I’ve been up to. I skied!
