Spending the day painting and decorating the little bugs for Fred’s game.

Watching Race Around the World with Hannah and Beth.

Going out dancing to rock and roll and swing.

Painting.

A walk up to Tufnell Park for a change. And to check out the area for a potential flat.

Started a puzzle. Which was a bit of a surprise but I actually quite enjoyed it!

Feeling able to be proactive and writing several posts for TIAV, and also an email asking for work.

Pizza and the American Office.

The paint is almost there in my room and it looks good. I can’t wait for the desk to arrive! Also that paint smell reminds me of being a kid and I love it.

Another day of being out in the sun, walking around the borough.

Painting the wall. Even though I’m 99% certain it’s the wrong paint/colour.

Lying in the park for a little bit, feeling the sun on me.

The Supremes as vulvas, from Alex.

Vegan haggis. No idea why it was called haggis but it was so tasty.

A casual morning, waking up next to Han and going out for brunch before cake and The Office

Lying in the park at lunch time.

Cooking lots of veg and making meals. I feel very organised.

Painting the yellow bits on the chairs.

A beautiful walk in the park with the kids. And playing in the park, swinging in the storm swing.

Painting the fence with my brother. Having all the conversations and talking about all the things. It was perfect.

Then watching Moana and drinking beer with him.

Putting ‘Jonny Ecco Uniqlo date’ in my diary.
Bez. He was really sweet to me today and made me feel better about things. Plus we made a pretty good team. Those walls are looking pretty bloody good.

The lovely volunteer that baked a cake and bought it in, still warm, for us to snack on as we painted the hub. Plus tea and fresh coffee.
Joking around with the builders. They are really nice guys.
White walls at work. It looks so much better. We got a lot done today.

Getting the ferry across to Matiu/Somes Island and feeling a bit like we were having a Famous Five adventure. It was so quiet and pretty with loads of cubby holes and hiding places. The only thing missing was ginger beer.
Taking my parents to the Welsh pub to meet the woman who might have met dad when he was at uni in Swansea.
Wondering around the portrait gallery, looking at brush strokes and colours.

Walking to the tube, listening to Alt J and just smiling. Even as I stepped over dog poo.

Laughing until I almost wet myself as my boss tried to do battle with her floating poo before the plumber came round to look at the sink

An afternoon of painting
