I went for a run. And I didn’t stop once.

Getting cheap meringues for an afternoon cheer up snack.

Watching the pigeon eat the berries on the tree outside. I’ve been really looking at how they do it and how they balance.

I went for a bloody run this morning whilst the sky was pink!

Getting everyone to send me GIFs about how they’re feeling. I’m feeling really happy today!

Sewing up the pouches. Only finished a few but they look good.

My nephew’s bed head. And trying to say the word vulva. But looking generally unimpressed.

Doing a double fart whilst running and laughing out loud.

Being silly with Jonny. We were both in good moods and his beer arrived and we didn’t want to work. It was nice.

New sewing machine!

The dungaree fabric finally arrived!

A run with no distractions. No headphones. No phones. No times. No distances. Just running where I wanted for as long as I wanted.

Video calling Jana and Charlie. But never really seeing their faces…

A run! I ran ran ran along the parkland walk in the sunshine.

Actually getting some work done today. Felt quite good to have stuff that needed to be done and actually got done.

Going for a run around the park. Double lap. And the sky was soft and pretty.

Walking through the park with Sean just after dusk. They’d just cut the grass and it felt like we were in another country, nearer summer

The Korean chive pancake from Dotori. So fucking delicious.

The happy dog barking as I ran to work. Just before it started snowing!

All the lovely comments from people on my Sex Education series. It really feels like I’m making a difference!

Feeling impressive and respected at the canal meeting. Plus it was nice to be in the sun even though it was very chilly.

A calm Period Party where I actually felt a lot less flustered and bothered about ‘hosting’ because of my period.

Running for a lot longer on my run to work.

Realising the quiet women were shy, not uninterested.

Running to work for the second time.

The DLR ride with Tom, Charlotte and Stuart. And it being like mates rather than professionals.

Funny messages with both Joe and Meredith.

I ran to work! And I didn’t hate it! In fact I felt really good about it!

I got the coveted free hot chocolate from Pret.

Eating peanut butter with my finger.

Making my dungarees. I feel so so proud of myself and I just love that feeling of wearing something out the front door that literally didn’t exist that morning.

Yoga with Adriene before bed.

Roast parsnips, again. Can’t stop, won’t stop.

Tidying and organising. Finally got a spice rack (of sorts), my cupboard looks so neat and tidy and I have things in neat boxes everywhere you look.

Packing my bag for tomorrow’s run (slow jog) to work. I’m really quite excited!

Deciding to cancel the social plans for today and stay in to do the above.

(This is lots more than three but I was happy a lot today and I want to celebrate that)

The sky today was beautiful. During the day, with the fluttered clouds and as the sun was setting, making everything glow golden.

Delicious vegan food with Sarah. I love mint dressing on a salad.

Roast parsnips, because I was craving them.

Also, more flowers, this time from Rosie. Starting my dungarees and a quick sober drink with Jo where I decided to run to work on Monday.

Such a productive day! Stickers, thank you notes, cleaning, yoga, sorting.

I mounted this little plant embroidery that I did a while ago.

Running for a few minutes, on the way to pick up the heater.

Going shopping for some nice organic bits and pieces

Playing Dobble

Running to three pubs just before midnight

Jonny accidentally weeing on his trousers

Flowers on my way to work

Spoken word night for feminists. Some incredible women and amazing poems.

Running for the bus down the middle of the road afterwards.

An email from a women on Friday, thanking us for what we did and saying she’s now signed up for therapy. Such an incredible feeling.

Getting a ridiculously large number of people liking my Instagram post. I’m not sure how it happened but it was nice! (Even though this goes against all my hatred of social media and the Quest for Likes)

Going for a run around the park as the sun was setting. Beautiful sky and a good way to shake off being sat in a training room for two days. Also I did so much better than my last run. Muttering ‘You got this’ clearly helps.

Creative writing in the evening. For work and for a personal project. It felt good to use those skills again.

Another perfect avocado for breakfast. Lidl have totally nailed it this week.

I went for a run! And then did some weights and some yoga and I feel so damn good about it all!

Left work early to go visit a beautiful ecological centre by my house.

A Muji trip for all the frosted plastic essentials.

I went for a bloody run! Well, more of a jog. And it wasn’t that difficult. So proud of myself.
