Finishing an expert sudoku. With minimal accidental cheating.

A bath shower in the beautiful bathroom with the huge tub and the mirror wall.

A misty walk along the coast.

Plus the incredible cream tea with the world’s best scone and the nicest possible owners in their adorable front room cafe.

And a little text from James, finally.

Went to celebrate Rochelle’s first birthday of Luna Spot. She was so happy to see us and her stuff was beautiful. Well worth making the effort to go out into the wind.

Having a shower before bed. Washing off all the suntan lotion and sweat and having clean feet and soft skin in bed, with nothing else on.

Another day of lying in the sun. The (slightly overgrown) garden in the morning and the park in the afternoon with Will.

Being in the sun all day but not getting burnt. So grown up.

We made it! We climbed Ben Nevis at night and raised almost £2500 for Alzheimer’s UK. It was absolutely amazing and brilliant and I’m so proud of us! Plus we did it in amazing time. Less than 7 hours and down by 5am. So happy.
Taking off my boots and having a shower.
More hilarious Good Eggs and Alec WhatsApps. Jonny was especially funny.

Having a shower with the sun shining through the window. It’s nice to have a shower in the daylight but it also reminded me of showering at home in the summer, knowing I had a whole day of being outside in the garden or the countryside ahead of me, with my parents near by and everything being safe and normal.
The weather was beautiful today. The market was full with people buying bags of fresh, colorful good and afterwards I sat on the dock, thinking and meditating a bit and for the first time thinking to myself that maybe I could stay here longer. It’s a beautiful city. And the winters are just so sunny.
The sunlight glittering off the sea. It looked like an elaborate light show just for me.

The most adorable puppy came into work today. Seven weeks old, perfectly behaved, softest thing I’ve ever stroked and melted my heart completely. And there are three more needing homes for free. Oh, if only I could take one. Or three.
Dancing to loud Beyoncè in the shower after work.
A regular customer who came in and got us all laughing together. Something that was desperately needed today.
