A walk along the canal. For work. Obvs.

A quick fix from the neurologist.

Vegan sausages and an early bedtime. I’m glad I bailed. I needed this time alone.

Watching my teabag seep into the hot water

Almost napping on the sofa

Finishing Killing Commendatore. Hours of reading on the sofa

A lie in! I slept until 9.30 and it was incredible.

Buying loads of delicious healthy things across a couple of shops and feeling good about all the good things I’m going to put into my body.

A cup of tea and a walk around the heath with Mo. Sunshine, nice chats and the tiniest bit of occasional brushing elbows and knees. Sweet and lovely.

A lie in. I slept till 9 and it was wonderful.

A lovely walk around regent’s park and seeing Primrose Hill for the first time.

Period. End of Sentence. So uplifting. We are the creators of the universe.

A nice message

A lie in

A hair cut

Getting off the bus early and walking along the canal.

The beautiful autumn leaves everywhere.

Leaving work early and going to bed early. Finally. What a long week.

Realising I’d had a huge lie in.

Cherries and grapes

Potatoes and butter

Good Girls. I watched the entire thing.

A scone with butter and jam.

The afternoon nap that I really really needed. So much so that I slept through the building work going on outside. That never happens.

Andrew ‘but let’s go back to the most important thing, me finishing my story’.

A mini nap in the park at lunchtime.

The squirrels running around. Especially the one that looked like it was doing a body builder pose.

A day off. Hello lie in!

Lying in the park, just living my best sunny life.

Potato and egg salad. God is there anything more delicious?

My huge Turkish breakfast. So delicious.

Napping on the sofa.

Gu chocolate mousse.

Being outside in the sun, setting up for an event and generally not doing all that much.

Lunch in the park, under the blossom.

Coming home after lunch to sleep. And eat a pea risotto.

A day time nap. I really needed that.

An evening on the boat with Jane. It was actually really nice. I’m really glad I went. We’re very similar. And she gave me some good advice.

Mariah Hairy. I’m gagging.

Waking up drunk. Remembering what a fun night it was last night.

Coming home to a little nap.

Going to bed early to read. I haven’t done that in a long while.

A day with family for Eileen’s 90th birthday. Cousin cuddles.

Coming home to Dolly, the most calm and beautiful dog. I sat on the floor and cuddled her for ages.

Getting into bed at half 8.

A morning to myself, in the nice hotel room on the huge bed. Then a lovely wander to the train station.

Getting confident and sure of myself. Knowing things. Doing them before they’re asked. Being organised.

Home. Home home home. Sleep.

Such a good nap. I didn’t even move. Fresh air, smooth sheets, deep sleep.

Books, beer and Korean with Jonny in the evening. It was such a lovely evening.

The setting sun, shining off the buildings and turning gold as I arrived home.

A lie in. After an actual proper night’s sleep.

Corinne coming to stay.

My dad, being cute and a great host. So many drinks offered.

Slept in until 12. Oh, sweet sweet sleep.

Going in the hot tub, in the sunny garden with the birds tweeting. And the beautiful smelling air. Then having breakfast at lunch time at the bottom.of the garden.

Dinner at Ben and Hannah’s. Lolz and the amazing shed. I love going to see them.

Did some lino printing with Jonny at my house. I did vaginas and he did a SICK Drake.

Had a nap at work.

Chocolate Oatly. Yum.

Seeing Jonny. It feels like it’s been ages. I ran up to him I was so excited. We went to our usual Turkish date night restaurant.
A nap in the afternoon. I love ‘working’ from home.
A super generous and totally unexpected donation from a colleague for my midnight Ben Nevis walk.

Napping in the sun on our bed.
Fresh orange juice.
It was so warm today that I had to take off two layers, then change into looser clothes and then open three windows. It felt like summer. It was lovely.
