A walk around the lake, with heaps of dogs (including one wearing a waterproof jacket) and the sun and cuddles and sits on benches. It was so lovely.

Tapa Tapas. Delicious food. Nice chats.

Going to the pub after and watching boxing and chatting to three random guys.

Plus running away from waves, nice showers, great parallel parking.

RuPaul on the sofa with cuddles. And a really cuddly night.

A cuddly morning in bed.

Tickling and poking on buses and a day of just being together.

My birthday comedy suprise night! Plus red wine.

A trip to Whitechapel Gallery on my own. It felt good to quietly look at art by myself. I really liked the dance video of all the moonwalking. Which is odd because usually I don’t like video art. But it really made me smile. And the bright yellow thing. That really lifted my spirits.

Seeing Stuart again.

A good position.

My new plants. Hai fella.

Having him help me pick a chocolate bar from Seville.

Free comedy night in Angel. It was good to get out and do something.

Going to the gym and walking home in the sunny winter day.

Talking to Stuart. He’s very sweet. And he sent me a brilliant feminist poem about vaginas. Which reminded me of one of my favourite quotes – Our foremothers were farmers, warriors, builders and weavers. They had wrinkles and pubic hair and opinions.

Japanese dinner with Will. A really lovely evening. He’s still very much got a place in my heart.

Working on BOW. Getting the manifesto done and feeling happy with doing something and shaking off the low mood. It’s nice to get compliments about your writing too.

Sleeping and Grace and Frankie until 12.

Lauren having to rip herself out of her trousers.

Seeing Stuart for the first time in 10 days. So nice to have cuddles. And plan all the fun things we’ll do together this year. And he gave me this lovely waffle jumper that sort of matches Jonny’s!

Went for a little walk after Stuart left. Saw a cute squirrel.

Stuart came back over with wine in the evening to celebrate/commiserate me getting a job that I don’t want. He’s so cute. It’s so nice to see him twice in one day.

Then Jen came round! She finally saw my house and met Stuart. It was a fun little evening with Christmas songs and wine and snacks and silly conversations.
