The man on the bus who told me we were in Finsbury Park because he’d overheard me asking when I got on. So sweet I wanted to cry.

Walking through the park and over the grass at lunchtime. It felt so wonderful to be on grass with the sun shining. I felt so connected to nature.

The beautiful delicate flowers that have popped up. One was picked so I carried it around for a while.

Did the crow in yoga for the longest I’ve ever done it (still not long but still)

I was on TV. Talking about being raped. And my friends were just the loveliest about it all.
