My sunflower has finally flowered. And my housemate sent a photo of it congratulating me, which cheered me up after I felt annoyed at him for being messy this morning.

Gym. Rowing. Cycling. Just doing it.

Bake Off on the big TV, not my iPad. Followed by a chat with Lauren. I forget how much 10 minutes of socialising can make you feel.


Coming home to discover one of my sunflowers is now ENORMOUS!

Watching the slow mo video of us jumping into the pool again. And still laughing.

Doing some gardening. It felt good to be back out there, pulling up weeds and cutting the lawn.


Two of my sunflower seeds are sprouting! I’m so happy!

The free plant giveaway by the cute community group. Got me a chilli plant and some salad leaves.
