Being out in the countryside going for a walk in the sun.
Wild swimming! I actually managed it and enjoyed it even though I couldn’t see through the water at all.
Delicious delicious Japanese food, including an ice cream sando.

Jonny and I went swimming.
He gave me a backy on his bike for a bit of the way which was terrifying and fun.
Walking back home through the low sun park.
Swimming in the river, by the cows.
And shooing them off with mum when they came charging at us as we got in the water.
The beautiful beautiful Thames by Oxford. So peaceful and idyllic.
Shelling peas, under the trees.
Swimming in the Thames.
Being on the boat with mum and dad, having some nice conversations and watching the quiet watery world go by.
Swimming. In a fairly quiet pool.
The woman who lent me 20p for the locker and wouldn’t accept my 50p. And was really surprised when, after the swim, I gave her the 20p I’d found in the bottom of my bag.
Walking back through Clissold Park, with the sun breaking free every now and then, lighting up the clouds and making the trees glow. Meditating in the field, listening to the Soweto Gospel Choir.
Sunbathing and swimming in the sun. Floating in my back in the warm water.
Wandering the steep cobbled streets towards the funicular railway.
The cheese egg bread thing. So good. And the huge storm that happened half way through. And then the double rainbow that happened afterwards.
Opening my blind to find a fox in the garden.
My flowers are growing.
Deciding to go swimming. And deciding to be happy at the same time.
Buying a beautiful swishy skirt.
One on one with Matt. And watching Planet Earth together. Cute polar bear cubs and baboons that don’t like the water.
(Today started off as quite a bad day. So I’m enjoying that the second half had lots more smiles in it. So there are more than 3)
Sitting in the park at lunch, reading in the sun with a breast feeding woman next to me.
Feeling like I’m pushing for something at work. It was a long old day but it was good.
Walking back from the pool after work, through the park in the evening sunlight. I’m glad I went.
Swimming.
Walking through the park on the way back home. Everything is green and it wasn’t cold.
Looking at my vulva and taking sexy photos of myself. I never do that but it felt good and confidence boosting.
A day of sunbathing by the pool, diving, BBQing, playing ping pong with Han and Jonny, eating everything and yoga outside with a view of the Tuscan hills.
The dinner in the little cafe at the bottom of the hill.
Walking down the hill at sunset.
A green tea KitKat with a cup of green tea.
Swimming. It’s been too long.
I did all the things on my to do list. Even the things I didn’t want to do. I love a Monday off work.
Swimming in the sea.
Letting the chicken loose at breakfast.
Playing games after dinner. The animal game and consequences. I especially loved Ming’s jellyfish-eagle.
Going swimming. Especially after I almost didn’t.
Taping up the mouse holes in the bathroom. It was quite therapeutic to just focus on tape and holes.
Getting 50% off some great, personalised vulva artwork. Can’t wait!

A kind email from John.
Having the swimming lane to myself. Calm water and slow moves on my back.
Japlanning
Relaxing in the sun at lunchtime. It was a lovely temperature today. You could sunbathe a bit without being too hot.
Sitting next to Keith. Such a positive and lovely guy. He really made today nice.
Swimming. Swim swim swimming.
The ladies pond. Oh it was so lovely. Swimming next to ducklings and with herons swooping along next to us. Getting over my fear. Being in a women only space. Sunbathing with my boobs out. It was perfect.
Sunbathing in the park with Jonny followed by showing him the delicious organic shop. And just spending time with him like normal.
Doing the puzzle and listening to the radio with Jonny in the evening. Everything felt relaxed and lovely. Exactly how a Sunday should feel. Even if Claudia didn’t read out our boring message.
Home baked cinnamon swirls for breakfast with fruit and Jo.
Being in the water at the lido. Floating on my back and staring up at the sky.
The Instagram of puppies falling down stairs. Can’t stop laughing.
A morning swim. I like the getting ready for work in the changing rooms too.
My colourful breakfast of organic porridge and loads of fruit (that’s not actually my porridge because 1) I was too hungry to even think about pausing to take a photo and 2) I did not make mine look nice at all. I just wanted to eat the thing)
The orange light on the landing.
