Green smoothie and berries for breakfast with tea and some Murakami.

Walking walking walking and meeting Jonny at the White Cube

Watching a bit of the marathon. It’s surprisingly emotional.

Watching my teabag seep into the hot water

Almost napping on the sofa

Finishing Killing Commendatore. Hours of reading on the sofa

A green tea KitKat with a cup of green tea.

Swimming. It’s been too long.

I did all the things on my to do list. Even the things I didn’t want to do. I love a Monday off work.

A lie in! I slept until 9.30 and it was incredible.

Buying loads of delicious healthy things across a couple of shops and feeling good about all the good things I’m going to put into my body.

A cup of tea and a walk around the heath with Mo. Sunshine, nice chats and the tiniest bit of occasional brushing elbows and knees. Sweet and lovely.

An evening watching RuPaul with Jonny. Do, do, do, do the moves! 🤦

The International Women’s Day networking event at lunchtime.

Marmite on toast and a London Fog when I got home after a long day.

Watching the oat milk move around in my tea

Sunshine. Cheery cheery sunshine.

20,000 Instagram followers

The sunshine in the morning, looking up at it from my bed.

Coffee and courgette cake with Jo, making light of it.

Going to see her new flat and eating biscuits and tea and beer and watching TV.

The cup of tea. Feeling grown up and in control.

The sky between the building as the sun set. It was better than this photo. By about a million.

Meeting the Maya Centre and agreeing to volunteer for their art sessions to encourage body positivity. I feel *so* good about this. It brings together so many facets of my life and my skills and my passions. Vagina education, reclaiming your body, being proud of your genitals, fighting mental health, recovery from sexual assault, helping women, being part of the sisterhood, art and crafts and how they can help with healing, using my facilitator and trainer skills and doing more volunteering. This just feels so good. I’m so proud of me.

Telling Andrew I’m not coming back to the office

Tea and shortbread at Jo’s

Planning Egg Christmas with Jonny.

Plus Beard chat with home friends.

I’ve been invited to do a podcast.

A day of doing no actual work but lots of WOW thinking. I can’t believe it’s next weekend.

Lots of tea chat at work. I now know how many litres of water my office goes through a year (12,000), how many cups of tea that is (80,000) and how many that is a day (307). Useful.

Got some stationary sorted today. By which I mean I nicked a few things from the stationery cupboard. I love a sharp pencil.

Lots of moving around today. I felt like I walked up and down the stairs a lot.

Cosy chats with tea and chocolate and Jo after work.

Discovered a local department store. The jeans still weren’t right but I ordered what I need. It felt good to explore a bit, even after being here for two years.

A couple of the pieces at the National Portrait Gallery. The moving portraits by Julian Opie were cool. Physically moving I mean, not emotionally.

Jo came round with my P45 and cuddles after work. Really nice to have a mini catch up for about 45 minutes.

The half a slice of cake with a cup of tea after lunch. That was nice.
Staying home. Rather than making myself go in. That was the right decision.

Booking a weekend away. This weekend. I need a break.

A left over pain au chocolat for second breakfast. And a longed for cup of tea.

A quiet browse of a book shop. I forgot how peaceful it is to be in a book shop.

Pottery night. Tonight, pubic hair.

Feminist art and tea with my cousin

Christmas food at Lidl.

Ed’s birthday. With his mum there until 3am, helping Oh Annie Oh play Drake on the decks. What a babe.

Getting a Thank You letter and a tea bag from the Alzheimer’s Society for helping raising £109,000 by doing the Ben Nevis Midnight Challenge.

Baking some gold glittery cakes for Ming’s Gold Party. Not quite as gold as I wanted but it was nice to bake again.

Chatting to my friend’s at the party. I haven’t spoken to Al properly in a long time, Harry was really interesting and it’s always so nice to see Sam DJ so intently.

Sophie.

A hug.

A cup of tea.

The lovely volunteer that baked a cake and bought it in, still warm, for us to snack on as we painted the hub. Plus tea and fresh coffee.
Joking around with the builders. They are really nice guys.
White walls at work. It looks so much better. We got a lot done today.

A cup of tea in the bath.
Eating vegetables. COLOUR. GOODNESS. (Although I do miss the exclusively cheese diet from the last few days).
Mum and dad are coming to visit!

Singing Starman at the Sunday Assembly.
A cup of tea in a pub with Hannah.
Some dresses. Because why not.

Free pizza to warm me up
Cup of tea in the shower. To warm me up.
When everyone went a bit nuts in the market due to the rain.

My iced tea in the fridge this morning. It had a really cool two level effect and the teabags were floating totally upright.
Swimming and floating on my back, blocking out all the noise and all the people. It’s so nice to be in water.
Three desserts at dinner.

Right said Fred, let’s have a cup of tea.
Looking into his bellybutton.
Remembering House Rules.

The smell of mint when I opened the new peppermint teabags
Dalston Curve Garden. So beautiful and lovely to sit in the sun drinking tea surrounded by grass.
The Office.

I really liked the splat mark of my teabag this morning.
Chatting to the lovely friendly woman on the Scottish food stall.
Walking home in the sunny warm evening, popping into a new charity shop and trying a few roads I haven’t walked down before.

image

Not just one lot of double tea bags, but two. I love it when we get tea bags that are still connected.
Comic Relief. What a night.
Spending time together today, just the two of us.

Skyping our best friends.
‘What I want is a face that can pick up a cup of tea’
Running across all the inflatables in the pool and landing in the blow up sofa.

An evening of camper work. Most of the wood work is done and the futon cushions are almost done.
Skyping the nephew. He had a cool badger jumper on.
A surprise cup of tea.

My cockney cuppa tea
Finding links to another season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Yuss!
Texting mum this morning. “The ref is a wanker!”

My boss bought this really shit card for our young colleague who turned 20 today. What 20 year old boy likes paintings of ducks?
Justine Smith. Very funny stand up. Broke her knuckle giving someone the finger.
A London Fog for my tea break.
