The tupperware of warm little tomatoes, freshly picked.
Picking the carriage with a breeze.
Walking in my new dress, watching it billow out and feeling some kinda way.

Telling Rosie about the ‘she says hello’ queefing moment in the porn.
Creating the ridiculous je t’aime reel for the magnet hearts.
Smiling at the pretty woman on the tube after I got caught in the door.
Being at exactly the right spot on the tube at Kings Cross AND Barbican, without knowing the journey.
A good dementia event that’s given me lots of ideas about how to make the park and the centre better.
Gay Santa.
An actual proper chat with Han and Jo over a LOT of chocolate.
A sunny walk around the water.
The tube driver that tooted the horn for the little boy waving on the platform. Absolutely adorable.
Spending the day with Jo in West London, talking in the garden.
The way the tube seats inflate when it goes into a tunnel.

My future, following that goose.
The beautiful sewing shop with ALL THE THINGS. Including fabric with bears on.
Standing by the tube connecting door and feeling the air rushing by and blowing my hair around.
Free train
Cute dog on the tube
Delicious veggie Sunday roast
Seeing the early morning sky, with the sun peaking up, orangey-yellow, through the clouds.
Getting asked on a date.
Standing by the tube intersection door and getting the breeze all up in my hair. I love that feeling.
(I don’t have any photos that fit this. But I was sad that I didn’t use this fish photo the other day. So I’m putting it in. It’s my blog anyway and I can do what I want)
Getting half way through my very delayed commute, in the rain and deciding to just enjoy the walk and forget about being annoyed because it doesn’t matter. That was a good feeling.
Having all the housemates together in the living room. For possibly the first time since Christmas. Lauren bullying Mike for being a t-shirt stained mess. Ivan sneezing into Becky and pulling a muscle. I made a great cereal protest joke.
GIF-ing with Jen and James instead of doing any kind of work whatsoever.
Also I just loved this vagina image from @rudooles
Alec’s book about wanking robots. Or something. Made me lol in the street.
Meeting in the park. Feeling a bit creative and useful and respected. That’s always nice.
The Ben and Jerry’s refugee night. Free beer, ice cream and dancing with Charlie. Followed by Turkish with Jonny and Alec. Fun fun fun.
And yeah that’s four things but it’s been a struggle recently so if I have four things then that can only be a good thing.
Waking up to a room full of sunshine. The sun actually felt warm on my face today. Every year you forget what it feels like and every year it’s a joy to experience again.
Going to two exhibitions in the afternoon. Sticks with Dicks and Slits was funny and the Museum of Transology was really interesting. Also just having time to myself to go was super lovely.
The tube driver. ‘There is no need to rush. I will be driving that tube too. As long as we all cross the platform, we’ll get there together.”
A bit in the book I’m reading made me smile (I want to say ‘out loud’ for some reason) on the tube
Discovering the brilliantly funny Hadley Freeman and Sara Pascoe at the Book Slam in Clapham
I realised that my journey home and my boyfriends journey home would mean our arrivals into the tube station would be pretty close. As I got off one tube I craned my neck searching for him, gathering some odd looks. He wasn’t there. As I got on the next, a second tube load of people arrived and rushed across the platform. Again I craned my head, searching. Again, looking a bit weird. Again, I couldn’t see him. As we pulled away I realised that there he was, less than a meter in front of me, with a large man inbetween us. I tried to catch his eye by smiling madly and waggling my head (yes, still getting strange looks) but it wasn’t until we got off that I managed to get to him. A lovely walk home together followed. With no funny looks.
A spinach and berry smoothie. I feel healthier just thinking about it
The runaway luggage on the tube that rolled away from its owner
Dawn French’s big grin on her advert poster for her new book.
Taking a slow and relaxed journey. No rushing for the tube, no fast walking, no darting around people who are walking ever so slightly slower. Who knew getting somewhere in London could be so relaxing.
A night in with my boyfriend. Amazing dinner, few glasses of wine and cuddles.
One of the canapés at the course today was ‘steak on a chip’. Literally a tiny bit of steak on one chip. Really made me giggle. But no one else found it remotely funny. Which only made it funnier.
Bumping into my boyfriend on the tube and getting to walk home with him.
Watching the new series of Friday Night Dinners. And laughing. A lot.
