Baking and cooking. A nut loaf and some biscuits. It’s nice to have a Sunday afternoon alone in the flat and to finally feel like I’m cooking someone good again.

The sky today was beautiful. During the day, with the fluttered clouds and as the sun was setting, making everything glow golden.

Also, more flowers, this time from Rosie. Starting my dungarees and a quick sober drink with Jo where I decided to run to work on Monday.

Getting home to a pretty quiet London and a very quiet house, where I read my book for a few hours.

Going to see Frozen 2 on my own.

Making vegan cupcakes and eating a lot of uncooked batter.

Lunch at Romeo’s, reading and eating healthy things on my own. Plus a ginger oat cookie for the desk.

Coming back into the office and seeing the Emergency Planning team have gone all out on Christmas decorations.

The meeting with Simone about the counselling and support for nine months. I’m so glad I didn’t sack it off. It was great! I love her.

Reaching up to touch green leaves and realising I’ve smeared my hand in poo.Dinner with Alec.Eating entirely vegan food. Including cheesecake.

Hooooome. No more hen party.

Also my plant has the beginnings of tomatoes and I went out for lunch on my own again. Hello vegan food and silence.
