Photos of me and mum wearing my vulva t-shirts.

A beautiful, sunny walk with them.

Telling them all about Body of Women. A big moment and it went well. And then mum gave me a big hug again before bed and told me how proud of me she is and she was sorry for being rubbish when it all happened. It feels good to have told them.

Snow day!!

Walking around the park, smiling at strangers, checking out snowmen and taking rare selfies. Snow makes everyone happier.

Chatting to Stuart on the phone. That’s a nice new occurrence.

A cold sunny walk around the park. Looking at Christmas trees and playing on the outside gym. My favourite tree was this squat little fella.

Spending the evening with Stuart, drinking too much and eating delicious Indian food.

Cuddling. A lot of cuddling.

Walking over the bridge and stopping to admire my beautiful city in the winter sun. Deciding to take a photo to capture the moment for the blog…

…then looking at the photo inside later on and realising my glove is in it. Like always. But it made me smile again. So I’m keeping it.

Dinner with my home friends, at Jana’s beautiful house.

Deciding to walk to the next station and stepping outside to a beautiful sky and a lovely morning.

Being early so having a quick walk on Hampstead Heath, looking at the frozen ponds and finding a frozen glove.

Discovering a tiny and lovely Japanese restaurant just down the road. I love my area.

A massage, facial and head massage. Whilst the snow storm raged outside.

Discovering I had a massage at the same time as mum. Random.

Hearing a hat and headphones.

Amazing ice patterns in beautiful, frosty Bristol.

Getting home to my room and my space. A bit of organising, a bit of throwing away, a bit of rearranging.

Clean white sheets and a white lampshade.

Listening to mums recording from last of Fairytale of New York.
A day with Jonny. Beautiful photography by Malick Sidibé (plus soundtrack) at Somerset House. Planning ice skating. Red wine in a quiet pub, then ramen.
Itchy bears on Planet Earth II. I laughed so hard.

It felt like it was suddenly light late enough to walk home after work. So I did. And it was lovely.
Flights booked for our holiday to Chamonix. Hurrah!
Drinking a lot of milk. A LOT.

A head massage and a back massage. And a beer.
Ice skating.

A sunny winters day and a walk to the bank.
Seeing Theodore, now a big 2 and a half year old. Very different to the last time we saw him.
Friday Night Dinner.

Sitting in the hot tub this morning, watching the birds as the sun came out.
Going for a quick walk in the beautiful weather. The sky was clear, the sun felt warm and everything seemed just lovely.
Putting mascara on again. Hi lashes.

Napping in the sun on our bed.
Fresh orange juice.
It was so warm today that I had to take off two layers, then change into looser clothes and then open three windows. It felt like summer. It was lovely.

A cute little present tucked into my bag from my lovely colleague including this poem.
Waking to work in the early morning and smelling that cold, snow smell that reminded me of home. My family home. And my childhood.
Emailing my friend about vaginas.

Seeing the frost on the rooftops and it suddenly really feeling like Christmas.

An owl pun I came up with for work. I kept coming back to it and laughing more. ‘Owls made from toilet rolls. You’d be a twit not twoo.’

Getting another big thing ticked off the list for our first pop up on Sunday. Another thing not to have to stress about.
