Sally’s back! Basically spent the entire day chatting. I’m not sure if she managed to look at any emails.
Driving the van and feeling very happy doing so. I knew where I was going and I had music on. It was good. Plus I was driving it to unlock the secret woods.
I finally did some yoga. I think it’s going to help my back.
A quiet and calm volunteer day in BW. Hardly any sweating, not much chat, no stress.

Getting to open and close BW so I could be out the office and in the woods and a fancy cafe for the afternoon. It was nice to be in that quiet place again.

Then sitting there for two hours, watching the squirrels and taking photos of the light through the leaves. And being paid for it.

Spending the day in Epping Forest with Sean, walking through leaves and looking at beautiful trees. And stroking a beautiful tiny fluffy dog.
There was a moment when 6 or 7 deer trotted past us and it was absolutely magical. Large wild animals are just so incredible.
